This podcast is for the students! Whether you are experiencing college as a young freshman or you’re hitting the university scene as an aged and mature adult student, you will be able to get plenty of helpful information from this podcast. This is also for any of those motivated high school students who are simultaneously getting their community college degree while they’re getting their high school diploma. This is also for those students who have to work jobs while getting their education.
We go over twelve awesome tips to help students find a good school/work/life balance. These are all the things I wish I would have known about going into college. After speaking to some current and future college students, I have found that the number one issue plaguing most students, is stress. Shocker. It was the main issue that plagued me when I was in college as well. I prepared this podcast to give the average student techniques, ideas, and even mobile apps to help decrease stress.
One of my favorite sections of this podcast is the discussion about mobile apps that will help ease stress and achieve success. Apps like Myfitnesspal, Myplate, Mapmyrun, Breathe, Calm, Garmin, Fitbit, Achievement, Sweatcoin, etc. are just a few of the apps discussed here. We also discuss several helpful books that can help you achieve the results you’re looking for:
