In this episode, we take things to a whole other level of open and honest in our in depth discussion on relationships. This episode is a little different from previous ones. After taking a short poll on our Instagram page @legacy_lifestyle_coaching, we found that our audience was interested in getting more information about relationships. In this episode I interview the best source I know on relationships, my wife, Laura James.

We discuss hurdles we have overcome in our marriage, ways we have managed to make time for each other when our work schedules were not in line, and much more! Whether you’re single, dating, married, heterosexual, bisexual, or homosexual, this episode will have something in it for you to use in your own life.

Books Discussed in this Episode: The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. True Love: A Practice for Awakening the Heart by Thich Nhat Hanh, and Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis. Make sure to check that one out if you haven’t already and if you are truly passionate about developing more intimate relationships in your own life.

*Note* Since the release of the podcast episode, I have come to learn of numerous other books and resources that can be of great use in building a relationship or marriage. We will be launching another relationships podcast soon encompassing these new resources!
